  1. Early birds payment due: 15 June 2026.
  2. Authors need to pay the fees BEFORE 15 July 2026 for their papers to be included in the proceeding.

  1. Follow all required steps as instructed.
  2. Note: for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’  
  3. Note: for 'description': key in 'QRC 2026'
  4. Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Please scan and email the proof of payment to the secretariat (qrc@uum.edu.my) as soon as possible. You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You must show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop. Please do so to ensure your name is listed as a presenter/participant.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before 15 July 2026 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD85 administrative fee. 

So that you know, no refunds will be given after 15 July 2026. 
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to qrc@uum.edu.my.
