Melanie Nind, Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, is Professor of Education at the University of Southampton. Melanie is Deputy Director of the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership and one of the co-directors of the ESRC National Centre for Research Methods where she leads research on the pedagogy of research methods learning.
She has been conferred with gold membership of the Asian Qualitative Research Association, for support of qualitative research development, and with an honorary doctorate from VID, Norway, for her contribution to science. She editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Learning Disabilities, past editor of International Journal of Research & Method in Education and on the editorial boards of Teaching in Higher Education, European Journal of Special Needs Education and Disability and Society. Her recent research projects have focused on pedagogy and innovation in research methods, changing research practices in response to Covid-19, and on quality and belonging in inclusive research. Melanie edits the Bloomsbury Research Methods for Education book series.

Siti Roshaidai Mohd Arifin is an Associate Professor and Head of Research and Innovation at the Kulliyyah of Nursing, International Islamic University Malaysia, as well as a Visiting and Adjunct Professor at institutions locally and internationally. She holds a PhD in maternal mental health from the University of Stirling, UK. Recognized among the Top 30 Contributors to IIUM’s Research Performance and Top 57 IIUM Authors in Indexed Journals, Dr. Roshaidai is an accomplished scholar who has authored multiple books and over 70 publications. She has successfully secured more than 20 competitive research grants and received over 30 awards, including the prestigious High Impact Responsible Research Award, Community and Industrial Partner Award and Book Publication Award at the university level. A highly sought-after speaker at national and international platforms, she remains deeply committed to mentoring postgraduate students and advancing excellence in research and professional practice.

Maryati Mohd. Yusof is an Associate Professor at the Software Technology and Management Centre, National University of Malaysia. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Brunel University, West London. Her research scope includes Health Information Systems evaluation and process improvement, particularly Lean methods. She has completed many research projects, including evaluating Information Systems' effectiveness, adoption and safety from the socio-technical perspectives. Her well known evaluation framework, known as the HOT-fit is widely applied and cited. She is mainly involved in qualitative research, particularly case study and systematic review.
